Grew up in the Houston Heights attended John H. Reagan High School in the late 1970's.

Attended Houston Community College in 1992 and 1993

Worked at City of Houston Parks and Recreation as a Recreation Assistant in 1991 to 1994

Parented three children daughter Kristan (Kikki), Sons Joshua and Justin.

Business Owner Ruffino & Co. 1989 to 2004

Organized The Spring Woodlands Boston Terrier Meet up Group.

Involved in animal rescue and animal rights

Cindy now lives in Burnet, Texas
